Triconderoga.



The big black triangular pencil writes fine. I could see using it but it has too many challenges to be used as my pocketmod pencil. It's just too darn big. I can't use my pocket clip on it and I have to have a certain sharpener for it. But it is sitting in a place of honour; the pencil trough on my keyboard at work.

You would think that with all the clocks I have in the house I'd be able to get a weekly post up on time.

Had the neighbours over Friday evening. My first suggestion of Twister was turned down. I suck at poker. So I taught them one of many games of dominoes, All Fives. Hmmm. Based on the final score, I'm not so good at dominoes either.

Having recently seen Casino Royale and then reading the novel, how could I resist?

Sure there's a more obvious choice for a James Bond car that comes to mind. The Aston Martin DB 5. But the first time I saw the Toyota 2000 GT in You Only Live Twice it really stuck in my mind.

It wasn't until years later when discussing James Bond vehicles that I was able to track it down thanks to the internet. Thanks internet. Thanks wiki. Thanks for reading.
